Welcome to Tingyin (听音), a Mandarin tone-listening trainer. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

When you create an account, we collect your email address and (if you choose to provide one) a display name and profile photo. If you sign in with Google, Apple, or a passkey, we receive the identifiers those providers make available for authentication.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate your account, authenticate your sign-ins, send you transactional email (such as password resets), and keep the service secure. We use PostHog for product analytics and error tracking.
4. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the profile settings, and we will erase your personal data.
